Had to laugh & think of you when I saw the directors Sub-underwriting facility as it is a masterstroke by Cook, Shellabear [by name & by nature] & Findley who was probably brought along for the ride. It looks like a close match up with <$500 shareholder entitlements.

@aflyingfish I'd say he simply extrapolated from last Annual report that 3/4 hold less than 1250 shares. Seems to match up to me and not surprising considering history of this thing. Bit of a no brainer to take up entitlement.

Agree the treatment of small shareholders, many of which have been around & supporting this thing for a long time has been questionable and can't help but see this as BOD & management opportunistic self interest in lead up to and through Cap raise. And that will continue into the foreseeable future.
