Just putting it out there for your thoughts - What if the new focus on nicotinamide is also to do with Body Guard and the formulations in development?  It may be beneficial for many to use it on knees etc along with NSAIDS.  Nicotinamide/niacinamide is meant to be good for arthritis.

Note that I have no idea myself on how effective this may be for any health conditions or pain re treatment via skin absorption as compared to oral dosing.
