Thumbs up to you attitudes, however, I submit that the company and the shareholders are entirely separate entities . Glynn's primary responsibility is of course to the company and we as shareholders will ultimately benefit from his efforts. Meanwhile the market goes up and it goes down on the back of sentiment driven by a host of factors including supply and demand or fear and greed..Fundamental analysis is determined by company results, that is where Glynn plays his role whilst the market factors can be illustrated by technical analysis.
Where the share price sits should be of little consequence to Glynn and the Board, and any attention given to HotCopper of lesser or no consequence
I am sure that Glynn will decide when it is appropriate to stand down and that he will not be "pushed" by shareholders.
