1. 2016 saw the BoD try a share grab that was compounding on our SP.
2. 2017 saw the BoD try 'AGAIN' a share grab based on legal advice for milestone 2. It was never there!!!
3. Glyn was part of the grab, he was a member of BoD and it all occurred on his shift.
4. The BoD are responsible for sentiment.
5. In my opinion, NWR is a waste of SH money. The only decent thing was the recent online meeting.
Sorry as a long term holder, this is not undermining, this is about ethical and business accountability.
The AGM will occur and I for one hope that the POLL gets approval as I have requested my proxy to submit on my behalf. It will just need only a second SH to ask for it and the BoD will have to allow it to occur under the constitution.
This announcement yesterday by Chris Q is the not the recent rise in SP, it is the roll out into pharmacy chains, nothing more nothing less - my opinion.
The next 12 months better be bloody good, otherwise I suggest I wont be the only one selling down my holding and moving on.......
