No sign of this at the AGM. Dave was walking around shaking everyones hands laughing and talking things up. He lives in Amsterdam, let's face it, why wouldn't he loose interest. How much will this save us? This gives Phil a much bigger role, correct? MD's are accountable to shareholders and are in charge of the day to day running of the compnay. maybe the board just want to palm off the heat from shareholders to Phil? Probaly why he's on holidays at the moment. Head down when he gets back. Hope he has some big things up his sleeve when he's back at his desk.
