Interesting that Byrne was appointed CEO effective COB 20 January (which was Jocot "The "Presidents" finishing date), and he was appointed co. MD and to the Board on Whitby's retirement effective 1 June.

Read from the constitution above about 2 mths to appoint MD as a director etc...Isn't it just semantics between the titles CEO and MD so as not to break the rules of the constitution, especially when the MD can be known as whatever he likes (with directors approval)?
