pointless debating semantics of "announcement" so will opt out on that one :)
And unless the context was around cooking, then "half baked" implied, as written, that the farm-in arrangement was poorly planned/ill-conceived. I maintain, on balance, we as shareholders, are better off having been shared the WIP plan than not.
The simple point about Getty was *recognising value*, having faith in ones own decison making and ignoring the bumps. Who knows whether Getty would have invested in NDO or not. If lack of dividends were a show stopper then I guess not.
It is debatable whether NDO is still considered a speculative stock. If we have any success drilling this year, then I would say risk has been sufficiently mitgated to declare that a resounding no.
