Funky I think the rascals might have been snoozing today. I mean surely you can't expect them to fudge the closing price everyday? I think they may have wanted to keep this between 12.5 and 13c today and had achieved their objective for the day.
There were "only" 70k shares on the bid side at 13c so had they wished, they could have brought it down to 12.5c for a cool 8,750 had they wished.
