They have conceded in the rheems of paperwork i have waded through that virtually no institutions remain on their share register. What they do not seem to have made is, the connection that its their fault. The new MD conceded they had a problem and that PR had been lousy and he was going to commit to quarterly updates. No need boys just try coninuous disclosure, its tried and tested.
