Well I like what the report says. 1st time in a while that a projection target is getting closer. It’s usually in about 12 months time and now it’s inside 6. I’d still like more regular feedback and I fear the SP will remain flat or recede further but it’s still some positive spin. And the buy side of the SP ledger remains buoyant over the sellers which is good. The more of us that hold at current prices the better for everyone, Fingers remain crossed.
