I am reading this as the first step towards C&M, which I don't see as a bad thing. I don't have experience with a company walking away from an asset before though - you'd think initially the market might react very unfavourably.
I mean consider the shareholder vote was mostly in favour essentially of continuing with Nifty. This means a lot of holders are rusted on believers. They'll be disappointed if we go into C&M - so even though I see value, a majority of holders might not. Am I overthinking this??
