Reading through it , the tone is of full disclosure . There are some serious funds on this register now . I wonder if the co is concerned about class action - like they have been digging a big financial hole . C & m is the logical way to go here .At least if they cannot get a serious turnaround . The bankers will force this on draw-down of the loan facility. The next Nifty progress report will be critical .
