CYM need to be building now to take advantage of the rising copper prices in 2024-2025 and beyond. There is no problem with building now or even worrying about a "possible" recession. Is not likely to effect CYM within the build and commissioning stage. US economy is pretty strong currently.
The copper sulphate solution continues to leach on site within the existing leach pads. How much liquid is there now? More than last September? Barry has previously said enough for commissioning. That's almost free of costs apart from the EW electricity, labour etc with little to no chemical costs. What other company has ever been able to do that? Obtain a decent income straight out of the gate before turning a stone?
The biggest issue currently is the finance. If CYM finance backup plan works then forward march.
