Not sure why everyone is focused on NAIF, which is really for new infrastructure development in NA. Also my (basic) understanding is that NAIF isnt available for projects which are subject to an existing State agreement (happy to be corrected). Nifty is subject to a State Agreement Act. Hoping they looked into this prior to making any statements on NAIF. DYOR
