The issue with raising money to keep the lights on at 5c. Means the equity component of the raise which needs to come later would be even lower than 5c.

Diluted into oblivion.

$20 to $50mil raise at 3c or 5c with 1:1 oppies? What kind of upside does that leave?

I would love for someone to show an actual half decent pathway forward, where is Baz? He's been silent hasn't said a peep after this fiasco.....
