Don't know but the mine was shut down in a newly refurbished and operating condition. It should stand to reason that would be cheaper by far than any greenfield operation . Yes, I don't think they have the cash to do this right now, but it would seem a much lower and faster hurdle to jump over than a $240 million startup(?) for leaching. That $240 million with a very substantial part of it a huge capital raise from about 11c share price is very unlikely to be coming. This is not trolling, folks it is hard-headed business logic. Any lender who put up that sort of money to boot up le aching would be bearing most of the risk. That risk is very high.
