I think that's how the bankers saw it as well. Cym squandered the first and second round of $$$ and have now come to them in a weak position of no power or money and desperate to do a deal. Thats not how you want to start negotiations.
The Capex ballooned from $100mil to $250mil
(doesn't give confidence they have any idea how much $$$ is needed.)
The real kicker was even with this upcoming raise he was still talking about wasting $$$ on drilling out side projects.
He never learnt his lessons. He just continued on being over confident and under delivering.
Imagine going on Samso and saying it's a done deal to now this? How anybody could trust what he says ever again is beyond me. But, im sure plenty will......
