it's not the restart study that matters, it's the funding, we know there is money in it, seems like someone in the know has put a road block in at 14c, are they accumulating at 13c, Funding will come, money for all involved in CYM and that's including the financiers. gtah in my hummble opinion. the big boys are possible going through the restart study and getting their team to work out if they would lend out money to CYM, and if so then the shares will get bought up on the sly and will speed up as more are aware of this. oimo.
