The market isn't for everyone, it's absolutely not for those who invest on emotion, whether that's holding because of ego, FOMO or just plain ignorance, or not listening to the market. Watch what's happening globally then act locally but never dismiss what the market is telling you.
It might be time you sold down to a level where you can have a comfortable night's sleep.
