God I wish Barry would learn the speech and look into the camera instead of reading off a screen. Or fill the whole thing with B roll so we cant see him reading word by word. Its just not a good look and definitely doesn't fill an audience with confidence/conviction.
It just reads like I guess I better do this but buggered if I can be bothered to memorize it.
