Thanks tinhat. Definitely worth a second listen. I'm convinced the govt/consultant delays are the genuine issue here (and may only be 2-3 months, not 6, but they have been prudent here). If it were otherwise, you just wouldn't so strongly emphasise that "leaching is not an issue" (5:28) and doing "what we do well - we build stuff" (10:12).
