Yeah, I did ask on the other thread about this.

Firstly, what is it, how is it structured, who does it involve. Is it to finance the entire project, part ? Is it like financing through an ETF for example ?

Looks like a financier has tickled them with this option.

Unless this involves some kind of pseudo equity raise, it ultimately means no major capital raise by the looks.

No capital raise means unleasing the SP beast. Get your shares while they are at these low levels IMO.
