I note that CYM is still waiting for the water permit
I see no reason why the permit will not b issued

1. The Cu concentrator that was in used last time uses 5 or 10 X more water compared to the SX-EW operation that we intend to use in CYM restart.
The WA govt should be happy that we will be use less water than our previous permits to draw water.

2. We are in middle of Great Sandy Desert.
So Less water use is better.
Less chemical required for treatment of used water. less logistics of chemical.

3. I saw BHP will spends Billions on a water desalination plant in Chile. So that BHP does not fight for water with the natives. N that the local natives will not get water issues.
We do not have this issue.

4.N in Chile, it is very common for sea water to be pump inland to the Cu mines to use. This is because most of Chile cu mines are in the desert.
Not much fresh water in desert.
Where does the used sea water go to after use?
If seawater get into the ground water. A Disaster is waiting to happen.
CYM do not have this issue.
