@MtnMusic you asked some questions about the CYM Nifty operation. We have covered this plenty of times in the past but has been quite some time since this has been discussed on the threads. @FreeflyerNZ made some great contributions during that period with his in depth knowledge. Since then, it has been a long time since we discussed this topic and there are clearly some new faces amongst the crowd.
I will go over this again.
Copper plate from Nifty is what CYM are targeting.
Here is some test work from Hollandaire. Copper extraction of 91.9% on Column A in only 34 days Copper extraction of 91.7% on Column B in only 21 days. Columns A and B net acid producing

The CYM 31st Dec 2020 Annual report is a good starting place for information. Some of this below comes directly from that document.

Likely much of this above could be highlighted esp the cost side. Is the main reason for targeting 99.99% pure copper plate production.
Copper plate production incurs less state royalties than concentrate, less transport costs etc...

There is a leftover component from the elctrowinning process called anode slime or sludge. This needs to be sent to a smelter for processing to extract those metals which cannot be plated. So likely there will need to be some form of off take component in CYM's finance package or at least an agreement struck with a smelter. But copper plate is a globally liquid market where 99.99% pure copper plate can be sold at a premium to the LME copper price. So not bound by smelter prices. Finders Resources run by Barry previously did just that.

The good news is any gold, silver, cobalt etc could be plated out by CYM and sold at top dollar not at a concentrate price (important with other CYM tenements).

Take a look at the concentrator circuit. You can see why Barry doesn't want to use it. What are the costs involved running all of that plant?
SX - EW is a very cost effective road to production but not every company has the skill set required. CYM does.

Here are some other points made from Finders days which is similar to the Nifty production model aside the sulphide leaching which CYM will be targeted later this year. The sulphide material underlies the oxide material at Nifty and makes up 90% of the Nifty resource. CYM already have 6 years of oxide copper production from the Nifty Restart Study dated 11th march 2022

All those hard learned lessons from Lerokis / Kali Kuning will go into Nifty production model and support a better quality product from the get go.

Appreciate you taking the time for the in depth overview.
Great to learn more of the process details and the IP & previous learnings the team has built to maximise the amount of Grade A product going out.
Good note about the sludge requiring a specific agreement / off take.
You've answered my query about what happens to the product leaving the gate, which I wasn't sure about having to date only experience with say lithium and graphite miners having contracts / off take agreements with specific parties which would have a fixed/rolling quarterly/% of spot price type pricing.
I guess theoretically once production is steaming, the CYM team could build a stockpile and sell more when prices are higher to maximise earnings, allowing for the financing repayments.
