Mike with the unpronounceable last name - Efthymiou - is their chief metallurgist. Not sure if he was at Finders too. He's the one that has the smarts on the process train although they all contribute, Baz is a chemical engineer. Finders was where they developed their IP for the sulphides as you know.

I thought Baz mentioned somewhere that the new SX kit was quite a step up technology wise even from Finders days. Current kit very antiquated. Essential to get high recoveries, every extra kilo is just pure profit. Pity we couldn't get a new plant but there you go. Who woulda thought structural steel supply would be such a bottleneck ! COVID madness.
