The restart study should contain a 'mining plan' inclusive of a mineral reserve. This encapsulates the economics of using existing pads. I believe there is no appetite for new pads anywhere but may be wrong - just what the previous releases have pointed to.
I'm a little surprised at the resource size since the numbers thrown around in discussions to date were circa 90k. Hard to make any investment decision off just a resource declaration. Need testwork and modelling to give the actual metal that can be recovered (reserve) and then how soon do these leach pads need to be excavated for sulphide pit expansion. This release is a prerequisite for the cathode restart study.
