It baffles me too. No idea why people even have that concern. CYM team know what they are doing, they can raise funding relatively easy and they have a different strategy compared to previous owners and highly experience team.

Maybe for some people thing of it as a pub. You see some pubs empty not working. New management comes in and its the best pub with queues outside. Technical know how and good management makes a huge difference.
