    Fairly simple - Baz' Mango Mambo plan was too meek.

    Capex of $193m for After Tax NPV7 = $277m was considered too risky by the financiers. Too capital intensive.

    The revised & expanded plan will be much more satisfactory to those with the capital we need.

    And without access to capital - all projects will flounder.
