    Why spin it off? Silly decision. It will be a money making machine for HRZ and they have already said Nimbus development costs are already fully funded by cashflow so it is not a problem financially. Once in production it will give us huge profits, especially with silver prices breaking out after years of being held down. Not only that, but it gives us diversity. I am 99% certain gold prices will only increase from here, but you never know, having silver, zinc and also the nickel mining gives us a vital income stream in case gold prices ever fell back. Dumb decision to spin it off imo. These are the types of future mines in development which most companies dream of bringing into production imo.
