The Top 20 Shareholders (mostly companies) of CUF hold over 60% of shares on issue, and I’d suggest the next 20 shareholders (mostly individuals) probably hold another 20% of the shares (holding between 5 and 10 million shares).
There has been almost no change in the top 20 holders over the past 3 years.
This leaves approx 20% of total shares available (in play) to smaller holders and day traders (200 million - 300 million shares in total).
In the past this situation has resulted in significant fluctuations on relatively small orders.
This might be changing with the increased demand.
