Ann: Niobium and REE Exploration and Heritage Update West Arunta, page-31

I am going thru AUG 2023 announcements and it has the following

'CUFE DELIVERS SIGNIFICANT INITIAL REE, NIOBIUM (43.93% Nb) AND
LITHIUM ROCKCHIP RESULTS FROM NORTH DAM PROJECT'

43% Nobium? Its rockchip and they may have picked the best result but is it sign of things what's under the ground?

''Significant initial rare earth elements (REEs), niobium and lithium results have been defined from the North Dam Project. Early exploration on E15/1495 has produced rock chip sample results anomalous in Rare Earth Elements (REE) (up to 1,770ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO)), Niobium (43.93% Nb), Tantalum (14.53% Ta) and Lithium Oxide (up to 3,206 ppm Li2O).''

all grades looks good including lithium and it look like they will drill NORTH DAM before West Arunta/

Any thoughts?
