This is not a big step at all. The announcement basically states they are going to do some metallurgical testing of the ore, at a total cost of $170k over the next 10 months of which SGQ only have to pay 40%.
Why such a fancy announcement, making it sound much grander than, "doing some metallurgical testing", that every exploration company does on anything they find??
