At the end of his 20-minute speech, Chakwera announced changes in the cabinet without going into detail.
We are waiting for Parliament and assume that the USD 5m to set up the state-owned mining company, which has already been stolen umpteen times through corruption and other things, will now be available and the MDA will finally be approved in November.
