Announcement headline point in large lettering .....

What are the odds of a very rare carbonatite intrusion or a very common mafic intrusion?? One would tend to think that without further evidence like soil samples high in appropriate minerals, the odds of a mafic intrusion of something like basalt would be high. It also fits the description of magnetic low and gravity high..

So what does the GSWA maps of the area show, is located there?? Basalt.. Hmm, I wonder if the existing mapping of an area searched relentlessly for the last hundred years, would be close to accurate??

Then this bit form announcement....
"The geophysical characteristics of C1 are similar to known mineralised carbonatites in Western Australia – including the Mt Weld REE Project of Lynas Rare Earths (ASX: LYC) and the Luni carbonatite of WA1 Resources (ASX: WA1), which hosts a significant niobium-REE discovery"

Interesting how the geophysical characteristics are similar to both Mt Weld and Luni.... when neither of those are similar to each other. Mt Weld is a high gravity, high magnetic bullseye, very much circular in shape from the high grade intrusion. Luni is totally different to Mt Weld, the gravity is only relatively high to surrounding ground, certainly not a bullseye target, while the magnetics are 'middling', lower than any outstanding feature, but still certainly there in the background, and not being 'low' at all...

So JP exactly how is this latest you-beaut waste of shareholder funds similar to either?? It's a round shape like Mt Weld?? (Luni is not a round shape).

How about you do the minimal spend on a couple of aircore holes, to prove it's basalt, then,  just before results, do the next cap raise into the hype the insiders try to generate on HC and similar platforms....

Then later in announcement...
"Carbonatites are known to be associated with significant REE, niobium, fluorspar and other minerals. Mafic intrusive bodies are prospective for high-grade nickel, copper and PGEs with examples of major deposits in Western Australia including Nebo-Babel and Nova-Bollinger."

So why not do some soil sampling to see if there is any type of anomalous mineralisation compared with surrounding areas. It's cheap and fairly quick to do, but might show it's only basalt, or perhaps **bro..


BTW... there are some junior explorers looking for Niobium/REEs with good ground (as good as this), with Mcaps of ~$3M. That's low Mcap.. This still has a $25M Mcap, which is very high for a junior with nothing to show for more than a decade of drilling dusters...
