    Very very fishy - suggest having a look at who the unnamed vendor is through a search of tenement holder in Qld - it may reveal the true source of these tenements, smells like TNT all over again (one of the members of the Board was associated with TNT when NIU acquired the interest (source NIU Annual Reports) - is there a potential conflict of interest in this transaction that has not been declared?
