Just wondering how this "Corporate Transaction" is legit (but come to think of it neither was the "dumping" of TNT that saw the Company bag some cash (albeit less than what TNT owed the Company and for a lot less than the investment potential was worth [and yes SHs did not get a say in that "Corporate Transaction"])- SHs have not had the audited half-yearly report, the Company has $1k in the bank, and the "deal" could fall through at any stage of the DD, in which case funds advanced would typically be recalled and become immediately due and payable, and if current management are true to past form on receipt of cash it will disappear into the black space on never-never. Let's not kid ourselves here, unless the current BoD are exempt from voting on this "Corporate Transaction" then it simply would appear to me as being one for "self-interest" and not for the benefit of ALL share holders. Remember folks, oppression of the minority is against the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
