The money to be returned is owed to NIU. There was no capital raised by TNT prior to the last exploration spend.
After the EGM for TNT it had Approx. 547,706 shares on issue (NIU 72.1% = ~394,896 shares).
At IPO/CR price these shares are worth 394,896 * 0.20 = $78,979.20.
The objective is the return of loans from TNT of ~$956,000.
