From that perspective.. yes i agree with u insofar that TL would've or should have gotten a better deal for NIU shareholders...

I don't know the process which TL undertook.. or when it all started -but i do know that another CR was out of the question -especially given where the SP is.

We could probably also assume that had our "luck".. been better.. production better.. drilling quicker.. results more timely.. etc etc etc.. TL would not have wanted to OR in fact needed to sell TNT at all...

But when options are few and far between.. getting a cheque shortly for
$956, 000 and getting on with gold production and exploration isn't all bad.

Could it have been better.. Yes. Is it the end of the world.. No.

Life goes on.. I'm very long NIU.. very underwater like most.. but i still believe this is a big step in the right direction for NIU..
