Why would they call a TH? Doesn't make sense. I suspect the agreement will be signed without any fanfare and shareholders will be told via an announcement later in the day, probably with some pics.
Why is the market (or the media) not interested in the MPA?
Answer: because it's an MoU.
As I've been saying, and the recent announcement confirms, the real deal is months away ... if it ever happens.
