Not just the math work, but I would like to see how NME would contribute to any JV payments called upon for the up coming drilling program and also the past two quarters expenditure incurred by MCT. Worrying times for NME holders IMO under the going concern regulations. This TO could be extended for up to a year and another take offer started again for another year thereafter IMO at a lower offer than current. Dont hold your breath for any increase in offer IMO.
