So you are saying that MCT has fulfilled all its JV legal obligations and NME has taken a hollow/ sham case to the Supreme Court?
If so NME solicitors must have felt embarrassed at the directions hearing.
They would have been told off for wasting the courts time.
While it's possible you ate correct I very much doubt it.
NME would not launch a Supreme Court action without some merit in law.
