the BoD and a very compelling voting block, this could get a
lot uglier and in my opinion, all because of a $2 million dollars
unsecured deferred fees to the directors, thats the type
of poor management the instos are looking at, like I say, just an opinion.
Anybody with a modicum of intellect would have take shares in lieu
of the fees.
