As the MRE is not yet complete NME's claim that it is an essential element in the TO valuation is ridiculous. The independent report has no choice but to look at the information currently available. This would probably comprise an estimation of comparative project valuations, percentage interest in said project, financial position and current market conditions amongst others. A quick scan of similar ASX projects, in my opinion, suggests the offer is in the fair and reasonable ballpark.
