With so much support for your post mOngy, I can see why this forum has been "saying all along" that the 4.81:1 is "fair".
As a NME holder, my acceptances would have been signed in November if your calculations were right, as your numbers suggest the offer is actually 6.29:1
My calcs are: MCT shares 2143m NME shares 267m MCT total shares after acquisition 3424m (267 x 4.81) + 2143
Offer to NME 1284m
Therefore 37.5% for nearly half of the company.
