Not sure how I get to keep or retain any value in NME shares Itchy if I accept the offer?
Not sure how I receive an extra MCT share if I accept the offer either?
If it were possible, the offer would be pitched as 4.81: 1, plus 1 MCT.
Or 5.81:1
And the 37.5% will be watered down further when a heap of MCT options are exercised in 2022.
Not sure how I get to keep or retain any value in NME shares...
