Disappointing isn't the word,its now up to the court case to decide if NME should pay up for their share of costs involved to date, if that fails its game over you would have to agree, you cannot possibly continue to progress this project with a recalcitrant partner who simply wants to bludge on the goodwill of MCT shareholders, the only achievement so far by our management is the successful trashing of our share price and you could not possibly entertain the idea of offering these bludgers anymore for their shares.
