Agree.....but it's way too late to increase the TO offer anyway......MCT SP way too low.
As much as it goes against the grain with all we know, the TO offer should have been increased when the MCT SP was circa 1c.
@mike999 told management it wouldn't get over the line but MCT mismanagement didn't budge which shows complete incompetence imo.
The only option is to drop the TO offer immediately and convene a JV meeting to get agreement on future cost sharing.
NME will need to do CR and going to be interesting to see how many calitrant NME SH are going to participate and stump up the cash.
I doubt MCT would participate leaving a big ask on remaining SH.
Lets see how the NME SP goes then.....expect it will crash.
