Those NME BOD's missing in action may well see them outed in the upcoming GM.
To get 2 directors replaced could be a game changer.
The vote last time to relect T. Percy QC was reasonably close.....didn't need many more votes...4.25% shy......and expect he would be held in far higher regard than the 2 missing directors.
But wtf knows......if nothing changes at the GM....then imo the TO offer should be dropped.
