Yes please paste the JV agreement for us. Obviously this said JV agreement you have hold off is the same one that declared MCT not 51% partner, MCT are to contribute 100% financing to the JV, MCT should halt all work and not progress the JV as one said partner is unwilling and unable to contribute their 49% said share. Yes please paste the JV agreement for us and not some made up comedian remarks, most of which have been thrown out by the take overs panel. Further to point 4.3 of the JV agreement it sates: "This first right of refusal if accepted by the Joint Venture on commercial terms would allow NME to generate income as a processing company" The CLEAR wording here for you is "IF ACCEPTED". So again please reference point in the JV agreement you are referencing to or paste said JV agreement.
