Do you know how long MCT would have to wait so they can increase the offer without providing previous acceptors with the same deal? I would have thought that as they've kept extending the offer.....it's essentially the same offer....so they would have to provide previous acceptors with the same terms? This is not advice!! Do your own due diligence.

I agree that both companies could end up in receivership unless this is resolved. If that's the case I would have thought the receivers would be required to sell the assets to pay off the creditors (does this mean that Allen (as a creditor) would get his money back?) and the asset would be sold to someone else?

I'm not a receiver so don't know how this works.....perhaps if someone is they could shed a bit of light on this!
